Our Chef

Our chef Jay Gibbs prepares a selection of dishes daily. Many of these dishes have been inspired by an Italian cucina. Using locally sourced ingredients wherever possible, his menu is designed to pair beautifully with our selection of wines.


We offer a wide selection of fixed menu items as well as select daily specials prepared by our chef and his staff. We have become quite famous for our charcuterie & cheese boards, tartines, Sicilian meetballs on a bun, grilled panini, fresh pizzas, and yummy desserts. If you are looking for something lighter, be sure to check out our Antipasti/Appetizer menu featuring items perfect for sharing over a glass of wine or as a light lunch item. 

La Pergola Restaurant & Patio is open daily
11 am to 4 pm—May 01 to May 17
11 am to 6 pm—May 18 to September 30
11 am to 4 pm—October 01 to October 29. 

We are expanding our patio size for summer of 2017.
